By subscribing to our financial planning service, accessing our website, or using any of our resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Mindplumer provides a subscription-based financial planning service that includes educational resources, investment guidance, market analysis, and planning tools. Our service is designed to help users make informed financial decisions through comprehensive educational content and strategic guidance.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our financial planning service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our service
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial planning and investments

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Intellectual Property Rights

Payment Terms

Our subscription service is billed monthly at R750 per month. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to our service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindplumer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindplumer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
